Think of all the beauty still left around you and be happy.
Anne Frank
This quote was in the new movie "The Fault in Our Stars" when Augustus and Hazel went to visit the Anne Frank house after their meeting with Peter Van Houten. I saw the movie last night and I don' think that I have ever cried so much.

Sorry for not posting in a while! I have been on a cruise and we got back Sunday afternoon where I was just so tired. Then on Monday and also yesterday, I couldn't find my laptop cord to charge my dead laptop! Anyways, on the cruise I got tons of great photos and though none of them are horse related, they are still pretty cool so I will post those after I edit them!

I am super excited for tomorrow! I (Victoria) will be leaving for a cruise! It's only for a few days so I will be back soon but I will not be able to post much. Cristina and Cassidy will post as much as they can but they also have a horse show. Good luck to them and everyone else who is going to this PCHA show!

This morning I had a great idea for some horse treats! I am not sure if this will work but it sounds like it should. Do you know those dried apple chips? I thought that it would be neat to try and remake those for horses! Here is the recipe I came up with:
Victoria's Apple Crispies
Ingredients:
- apples (however many you want)
- knife
- cheese grater
- muffin tin
- cooking spray
- bowl
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
2. Cut the apple(s) into slices and then use the cheese grater to grate the apple(s) into a bowl
3. Spray the muffin tin with the cooking spray and then place about a tablespoon or two of the grated apple into each cup of the muffin tin
4. Place the muffin tin with the apples into the oven. I have not tried this recipe yet so I do not know how long to cook the apple crisps so make sure you keep an eye on them and wait until they are golden brown before pulling them out of the oven.
5. Wait for the apple crispies to cool and then feed to your horse. I hope that your horse likes them!
